The Six Hats Thinking Method, created by Edward de Bono, is a decision-making and problem-solving technique that involves looking at a problem from six distinct perspectives, represented by different colored hats:
White Hat: Focus on facts and data.
Red Hat: Consider emotions and gut feelings.
Black Hat: Look at potential problems and risks.
Yellow Hat: Think about the benefits and positive aspects.
Green Hat: Explore creative ideas and possibilities.
Blue Hat: Manage the thinking process, like a facilitator.
It's a structured way to explore a problem comprehensively. Read more about it:
First, we translate the purpose of each "hat" into specific "Agent Instructions" using the Agent Builder Module. Each agent will have a Task Description that outlines its role and Rules that provide clear guidelines for interaction.
Next, we'll use these six hats to generate feedback on design ideas. Begin by crafting a prompt that instructs the agents to provide feedback. Connect each agent to an AI model, such as GPT-3.5-Turbo, to bring the instructions to life.
You can then apply the Six Hats framework to your design ideas by updating the relevant nodes with the feedback from each agent.
Now that you've created agents for each hat, can you integrate them into a single chat session? This will simulate a conversation where every hat (or perspective) contributes to the discussion.
