A Groups in Ailixr is a group of users (ie. a class, workshop, project team) who collaborate on shared projects and canvases. Teams enable streamlined communication, resource sharing, and task coordination among members. Each team can have multiple members with different roles and permissions, facilitating efficient collaboration and management.
Open the Dashboard: Navigate to the main screen of the application and click on the Add Group button located on the left sidebar.
A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter the group details.
Group Name: Enter the desired name for your group.
Members: Add members by entering their email addresses.
Click Create & Select to finalize the group creation.
You can invite multiple members by separating their email addresses with commas.
